The Role

We are seeking a fast-paced, highly organized individual to support the intersection of Business Development and Business Operations for our managed services agency. This role requires a candidate who is "digitally savvy" and capable of learning technical platforms rapidly.

This is a versatile, high-stakes support position. You will act as a hybrid between a Business Development, Operation Assistant, Executive Assistant, and Coordinator. We are looking for a "smart and fast" operator who can prioritize a heavy workload and solve problems independently to meet same-day deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

I. Strategic Marketing & Brand Positioning

• Brand Guardianship: Drive corporate branding initiatives specifically tailored for technical/managed services to maintain market authority.
• High-Impact Content: Execute content creation and manage external communications to solidify company positioning.
• Revenue Enablement: Develop and refine sales collateral and materials that directly support lead generation and growth activities.

II. Business Operations & Financial Support

• Executive Liaison: Provide cross-functional support across HR, Growth, and Ops to ensure leadership alignment.
• Financial Tracking: Support basic finance workflows, including meticulous budget documentation and reporting.
• Organizational Fluidity: Streamline internal communication and reporting to ensure information flows seamlessly across the company.

III. Agile Project Management

• Priority Execution: Manage a high volume of competing tasks with clear, logical prioritization.
• Rapid Delivery: Consistently meet tight deadlines, including same-day turnaround for critical business needs.
• Proactive Problem Solving: Identify potential bottlenecks and resolve issues autonomously before they escalate.

IV. Global Stakeholder Coordination

• Cross-Border Bridge: Act as the primary link between internal teams and international stakeholders to ensure project continuity.
• Remote Collaboration: Facilitate seamless communication across different time zones and cultural contexts.
• Systemic Tracking: Maintain rigorous task-tracking systems to keep global projects on schedule.
