Summary:
Communicating on a regular basis and nurturing the relationship to meet or exceed our customer’s evolving needs and allow us to provide solutions for all of their physical and digital asset management requirements.
Duties:
1. To maintain business relationship with existing customers by contacting the customer on a regularly basis to improve customer service satisfaction. 維護現有客戶關係,定期聯繫以提升顧客服務滿意度並挖掘客戶需求。
2. Contract archiving and contract renewal. 管理客戶合約,包括檔案存檔及合約更新作業。
3. Interact with operation, sales, finance (contract process) departments for following up company procedure to enhance clients’ satisfaction. 與內部部門(營運、銷售、財務等)協作,優化公司流程以提升客戶滿意度。
4. Handle clients enquiries on a professionally, timely and efficiently and follow up customer service complaints 專業、及時、有效地處理客戶詢問與投訴,並跟進問題解決狀況。
5. Support Sales team on government bidding and SFDC maintaining. 協助銷售團隊參與政府標案及維護 SFDC 系統資料。
6. Accurately complete global/local reports, the supplier information form, annual audit report and other relevant reports. 精準完成各類報表,如全球/本地報告、供應商資料表及年度稽核報告。
7. Identity new opportunities through relationship building and issue resolution 通過建立良好關係與解決問題,發掘新業務機會。
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree, more than 2 years B2B customer services or sales work experience would be a plus.
2. Capable of using Microsoft Office and Google. And, not afraid of engaging various systems
3. Must be a self-starter, and extremely motivated, effective to perform.
4. Possess sophistication and poise to work with high-level contacts.
5. Must possess excellent customer service skills, excellent organization and problem solving skills.
6. Serious work attitude, rigorous and responsible, with a strong sense of responsibility.
