Senior Software Engineer (Field Application Engineer)

=== 工作職責（Responsibilities）===

1. 作為 RPA 產品所有高階技術相關事項的主要聯絡窗口。
2. 維護並管理與關鍵客戶之策略性技術合作關係。
3. 確保專案目標、時程與客戶滿意度之一致性與達成。
4. 執行進階產品展示（Demo）與概念驗證（POC）。
5. 與業務及產品經理（PM）密切合作，理解客戶需求並設計客製化解決方案。
6. 與研發團隊（RD）緊密協作，評估並提出新功能，以滿足多元客戶場景需求。
7. 為客戶、系統整合商（SI）公司及內部團隊提供專業培訓與知識傳遞。
8. 指導並培育初階 FAE 及 Pre-sales 團隊成員。

=== Responsibilities===

1. Serve as the primary point of contact for all high-level technical matters

related to the RPA product.

2. Oversee and maintain strategic technical relationships with key customers.

3. Ensure alignment with project goals, timelines, and customer satisfaction.

4. Conduct advanced product demos and POC sessions

5. Collaborate with Sales and PM to understand customer needs and design

tailored solutions.

6. Collaborate closely with RD to evaluate and propose new functionalities to

meet diverse customer scenarios.

7. Develop and deliver specialized training to clients, SI companies, and internal

teams.

8. Mentor junior FAE and pre-sales team members

=== 職位條件（Qualifications）===

1. 具備至少 2 年軟體開發或現場應用工程（Field Application Engineering）相關經驗。
2. 具備資訊工程、資訊科技、系統工程或相關技術領域之學士或碩士學位。
3. 熟悉自動化工具及 RPA 產品，例如 UiPath、Microsoft Power Automate、Automation Anywhere 或其他類似技術。
4. 具備專案管理與執行經驗，包含技術型客戶關係管理。
5. 具備產品展示（Demo）及概念驗證（POC）執行經驗。
6. 具備良好的問題解決能力，並以客戶導向為核心思考。
7. 具備優秀的溝通與協作能力，並可使用英文進行溝通。
8. 具備新創公司思維，具備高度適應力，並致力於達成公司目標。
9. 必須具備流利中文溝通能力，以中文為母語者尤佳。

1. 熟悉 PowerShell、Python 等腳本語言。
2. 具備 RPA 工具或相關技術之認證或訓練經驗。
3. 具備知識分享、技術文件撰寫及協作流程優化經驗。
4. 具備團隊管理經驗（適用於資深軟體工程主管職位）。

=== Qualifications===

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in Software Development or FieldApplication Engineering.
2. BS/MS in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field.
3. Familiar with Automation tools and RPA products such as UiPath, Microsoft PowerAutomate, Automation Anywhere, or similar technologies.
4. Experience in managing and executing projects, including technical customer relationship management.
5. Experience in conducting product demonstrations and Proof Of Concept (POC) sessions.
6. Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer-centric solutions.
7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, willing to speak English.
8. Has a Start-Up mentality, is adaptable, and is driven to achieve company goals.
9. Fluent Chinese communication skills are required; native Mandarin candidates are preferred.

1. Familiar with scripting languages such as PowerShell and Python.
2. Certifications or training in RPA tools or related technologies.
3. Experience in sharing knowledge, writing documentation, and contributing to
collaboration improvement.
