Job Description

Isoverse International Recruitment is looking for a passionate, driven, and client-focused Senior Recruitment Specialist to perform all hiring activities from start to finish. The job will require you to recruit foreign and local talent using Artificial Intelligence, online platforms, and universities worldwide.

Responsibilities:

  • Visiting clients' sites, listening to their needs, and understanding their operation and staffing requirements.
  • Advertising open roles on various platforms and researching databases to find the perfect candidates.
  • Networking for clients and candidates via LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
  • Contacting pre-registered candidates to check if they are suitable for any roles that need to be filled.
  • Ensuring that candidates have the relevant assignment information for the job they are being sent to, i.e., address, supervisor contact name, role information, and pay information.
  • Gathering identification and right-to-work documentation and uploading it onto the system
  • Analyzes recruitment software and makes changes and enhancements as needed.
  • Build relations with candidates through social media and at events.
  • Perform initial phone screens to shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Manage a candidate database.
  • Work alongside CEO to develop and implement the best recruitment and hiring plan.

  • 管理候選人數據庫。
  • 與 CEO 一起制定和實施最佳招聘計劃。

        Requirements

        Can communicate effectively in English

        An adaptable, quick learner

        Excellent sales qualities and experience with the ability to influence and negotiate

        Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

        Able to work both independently and as part of a team

        Experience with ATS systems and recruitment preferred but not needed

        Knowledge of Taiwan labor law and requirements for foreigners to work in Taiwan.
