台灣總部 - Finance Accounting Supervisor (財務部主任)

1. Supervise and lead a team of 4 subordinates to timely and accurately complete the regular accounting operations, including-
- Daily voucher review
- Month end closing, including related monthly reports and analysis review
- Interim/Annual Balance sheet and P&L variance analysis
- Group support and communication

2. Budget
- Budget assumption and data verification,
- Budget P&L and balance sheet preparation and budget analysis

3. Business/projects Support, Tax and Audit
- Work closely with various functions to provide business support, including support operations on COL management and expenses control
- Coordinate with external parties for tax and audit matters

4. Financial Accounting / Reporting Systems
- System and data maintenance (SAP/D365)
- Ongoing effort to increase productivity by reducing manual works and P&P review
- Set up / maintain SOP (standard operational procedures) for major accounting cycles

5. Ad hoc
- Support financial controller for ad hoc

1. Minimum education requirement
- University degree in Accounting / Finance / Business Administration
2. Relevant experience and minimum years required
- A minimum of 5 years auditing and accounting experience. Preferably gained within Big 4 and multinational organizations
- With at least 3 years' experience in leading a team
3. Basic skills requirements
- Solid accounting and tax knowledge is a must
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Mandarin
- Ability to manage a team as well as liaise effectively with senior management
- Strong PC skills (MS Office relation applications, particularly Excel)
- A logical and analytical mind with strong financial and commercial skillset
- Strong attention to details and an ability to deal with ad hoc projects
- Knowledge of the food services industry is a definite advantage
