Overall description:
Planning and execution marketing program for Egg Tart category/Flavor chicken projects.
-Marketing program planning and implementation
-New product/menu development (based on responsible products): lead for NPD, validation and cost analysis with proposal writing
-Research: planning, development and management
-Marketing communication planning and implementation
-Sales analysis: ad-hoc consumers’ usage/behavior analysis, regular sale review
-Co op with other brand (Product innovation, promotion event)
-Ad- Hoc project with cross departments

-To develop, validate and implement marketing activities in achieving company annual budget and market share objectives
-New Product Development and implementation including all research and customer in-store validation survey
-Manage the NPD pipeline
-Work with advertising agency, media agency, social agency and PR agency for right creative and launch plan based on the creative brief

-To construct promotional proposals based upon financial analysis, and review with cross functions, and post-tracking evaluation

-To supervise agency in delivering performance in quality and timing in achieving target brand/Ad. awareness in national specific areas
-Monthly review and control on A&P budget

-Manage Internal process; Sales analysis; Promotion planning/execution
1. Minimum education requirement
-BS Degree with major in marketing. MBA is preferred.
2. Relevant experience and minimum years required
-At least 5 years of experience in the marketing related field ( F&B chain industry, FMCG)
-Branding, NPD and digital experience
-Proactive working attitude and can react dynamic marketing change
-Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and details simultaneously
-Ability to work well under pressure with time management
-Proven track record of consistently exceeding corporate objectives and quotas
-Strong logic and strategic thinking, analytical skills, presentation, communication, organization, and time management skills
-Positive thinking, self-driven, motivated, results oriented, adapt to change and open-minded for team work
-Quick response, sense of urgency
3. Basic skills requirements
-Fluent in English writing, speaking and presentation.
-Excellent Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
