• Analyze business, consumer and market data to develop strong customer insights for marketing priorities and activities.

1. Minimum education requirement
• BS Degree with major in marketing. Statics or MBA is preferred.
2. Relevant experience and minimum years required
• At least 8+ years of experience mainly in experience (FMCG/ Retail industry/E commerce).
• Leadership experience is a must – this position needs to supervise senior marketers
• Preferred commercial / trade marketing / research background
• Preferred food industry

(1) Business acumen, strong logic thinking and commercial planning skill
• Collaboration skill:
(1) Proven ability to build relationships with cross function through genuine communication, prompt action and effective problem solving.

(1) Familiar with digital channels and marketing in a digital world
(2) Basic knowledge of EC & CRM metrics
• Good time management, business writing, organization and attention to detail
