【Training】
1. Assist in assessing the training need and coordinate the in-house training programs’ implementation (e.g., High Impact Coaching and Leading with Heart) and external training’s courses searching and arrangement.
2. Assist in developing and executing the company learning activities (e.g., RGM workshops, Jardine Learn Fest, JRG Speaker Series, JRG Capability College, ..etc.) to meet the learning and development needs and shaping company culture.
3. Assist in training budget planning and handle expense management.
4. Creating and maintain learning materials, including manuals, articles, videos, and eLearning courses. The materials must be up-to-date and relevant to the needs of the organization.
5. Provide good quality of services on training logistics execution, including training calendar coordination, trainers’ arrangement, training tools/materials preparation and facility arrangement…, etc.
6. Facilitate the onboarding process and conduct company orientation for RSC new joiners.
7. Maintain, update, and provide training records effectively and accurately.
【Talent Development】
1. Support talent development, review, and assessment process.
2. Participate in HR knowledge sharing and provide policy, key process information to management and employees via in-person discussion, emails, written notifications, internal website, and bulletin board.
【Ad-hoc projects as required】
1. Lead or execute other assigned HR projects.
1. Minimum education requirement: bachelor’s degree or above
2. Relevant experience and minimum years required: At least 3 years in training & development positions or HR experience.
3. Basic skills requirements/Competence Requirements:
Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills and able to manage dynamic demands
Language: Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese.
Proficient in Microsoft Office software, e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other media/ learning applications will be a plus.
4. Personal Attributes: growth mindset, logical thinking, accountable, a self-learner and a team player with high AQ (adaptability quotient)
