Construction projects execution; (70%)
Based on company SOP tasks Includes, layout planning, capex estimation, suppliers tendering, PB reporting, oversees the under construction projects, projects’ completion check and acceptance.

Asset’s Repair and Maintenance; (20%)
公安、環保事件(味道、噪音)、漏水、下水道整修、颱風天災緊急維修

Other tasks assigned by supervisor; (10%)

1. Minimum education requirement
建築、設計、工程等相關科系

2. Basic skills requirements;
Good construction relevant know-how such as; material, cost, regulation

3. Computer：Proficient PC skills, like office software.
AutoCAD must, MS office

Competency Requirements:
1, Real experience on the execution of construction projects
1, A proactive, energetic to works, self-motivated with good integrity & discipline
2, Good communication skill
