As an Assistant Account Manager at Jardine Restaurant Group, you directly receive meaningful responsibilities as of day one. You are in charge of maintaining and fast-growing a long-term partnership with our key customers by continuously proposing solutions and plans that meet their objectives. To do so, you'll develop a keen understanding of product portfolio of both Pizza Hut and KFC, as well as selling channels. While building the projects, you will develop not only your negotiating and sales skills but also your financial & marketing skills, analytical insights, and logistical understanding as you are responsible for your client from A-Z.
【Your team】
You will report to the Commercial Business Development Lead and need to work closely with other Sales team and multidisciplinary functions.
How success looks like
Your success would be based on operational and project work you're doing, which would be reviewed quarterly. Your manager would provide full-support through continuous mentoring and coaching.
【Responsibilities】
As an Assistant Manager, responsibilities include overseeing financial targets, analyzing data for strategic solutions, fostering collaboration with teams and clients, prioritizing customer needs, and optimizing commercial strategies based on consumer feedback.
1. Basic
Deliver annual budget and growth target of assigned customer in sustainable way
2. Data Analytic
- Preparing monthly sales review and analytic, to find out solution to mitigate business gap
- Negotiating contracts, promo plans, and innovations . eg. Trade Management (promotion scheme planning, exposure planning, monthly review and resource negotiation)
- Preparing and Aligning Annual Joint business Plan with assigned customers
- Preparing volume forecast and plans & A&P management
3. Collaboration skills
- Collaborating very closely with teams from other functions eg. Menu design with MKT
- Resolve any clients' issues and problems and act as a link between your customer and the internal teams.
- Developing and maintaining a productive long term relationship with your customer
- Acquire a deep understanding of customer needs and requirements
- Ability to get close with market trend including platform development, competitor movement and consumer performance.
- Ability to lead at least +1 dedicated person for the channel, to support all admin work in the platform
4. Customer centric
- Acquire an in-depth understanding of shoppers, product offerings in our menu, and selling channel
- Adapting and optimizing commercial guidelines to your specific client
- Ability to capture what’s working and what’s not working in the platform based on consumer response.
1. Bachelor's degree in any fields with an excellent academic background
2. Must have proven success from school or work experience of strong leadership Have strong analytical thinking and skills
3. Curious individuals can make complex decisions using all the available data but comfortable enough to use their gut feeling and instinct when these are missing.
4. Proficient in English will be preferrable
5. Fresh graduate is welcome to apply FA experience pre
6. Familiarity with aggregator platforms and tools is a plus.
