Position Summary :
Be responsible for administration matters of all DO team, supporting regular report and system set up for PH/KFC EC, CRM and PK APP.
Business Operation support
1. CRM :
• Redemption product 上下架 and any KV update
• EDM quota tracking and email updates to MKT
• Extend POS code for CRM when needed
• Import email list to mail hunter during Braze transition period
• CRM後臺維護 (APP PUSH排程整理窗口,後台客服對應)
2. PK APP :
• APP push/carousel setting
• APP軟體市集評論整理與分類
• APP game coupon setting
• APP download performance
• 例行性整理包含poscode,COS, 內容, 效期, 兌換成效等
• Set up coupon& push id to B2B for互導優惠券
• Set up push id to OP for大單優惠
3. PH/KFC EC :
• OLO step1上下架/首頁banner管理 (PH)
• kiosk(B2B OLO coupon) set up (KFC)
• OLO web push setting
• Apply payment & organize into a list for EC&APP to confirm A&P
• Digital Figures報表整理to Group Eric
• OLO automation journey setting
Communication :
• Effective communication with cross-function
General Admin :
• Support DO director business matter
• Support DO department regular admin.
• Support Company yearly event (inc. birthday, kickoff, yearend)
1. Minimum education requirement
- Bachelor degree
2. Relevant experience and minimum years required
- No specific experience required
- Experience using MS office software
3. Basic skills requirements/Competence Requirements
- Good learning spirit/ Can Do
- Detailed oriented with patience
- Good time management
- Good communication with others
- Fair English proficiency in reading
