產品經理/PM (Web/APP)
Job Description
1.將產品概念具體化，依照Wireframe與UI Flow產品方向協助團隊建置產品
2.參與Web與App軟體開發 (Android/iOS)，確保產品規劃與上線的一致性與打造卓越的用戶體驗
3.用戶行為數據觀察與分析，從而綜合評估用戶體驗與數據資料，進行產品優化迭代更新
4.需進行相關產業競品分析，並定期製作研究報告
5.專案規劃執行及範圍管理
6.異業合作規劃與執行
Requirements
【必備條件】
1.須有擔任互聯網/軟體/ APP產品經理相關經驗3年以上
2.至少熟悉GA, GTM或其他數據分析工具
3.具有制定產品策略的經驗，能掌握團隊資源調度，以及跨部門的溝通協作能力
4.熟悉敏捷式開發流程，並適應每2週敏捷開發的產品迭代速度
5.請提供過去經手過的產品設計Portfolio/wireframe，並具體說明你的產品策略及執行成果
加分項目：
1.熟悉Google Analytics
2.熟悉Sketch
3.熟悉房地產市場為佳，經手過房地產、清潔修繕等軟體平台專案
