Test Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Test Manager to lead our crowdtesting projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of quality assurance processes, strong leadership skills, and a passion for improving software quality. This role offers the opportunity to work with a global team of testers, collaborate with clients and stakeholders, and drive innovation in testing methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze test requirements and devise effective strategies that adhere to the budget.
• Design comprehensive test cases and distribute them to testers worldwide.
• Oversee project progress and communicate status updates to clients and stakeholders.
• Summarize key findings from testing activities and deliver summaries to clients.
• Evaluate new testing methodologies and tools to continuously improve software quality and testing efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 3~5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a proven track record in managerial or leadership roles.
• Strong written and presentation skills in English.
• Experience with Atlassian and Google Workspace tools.
• Passion in software development and testing.
• Experience working in a software team or startup environment.
