Job Description

【Responsibilities】

Technical Leadership & Development:

  • Design and develop backend systems to support business needs, ensuring high performance, availability, and security.
  • Lead efforts in architectural design, performance optimization, database tuning, and advanced caching strategies.
  • Collaborate on the creation of key features, providing technical guidance and ensuring code quality, scalability, and adherence to best practices.

People Management:

  • Manage and mentor engineering teams, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
  • Guide team growth and align efforts with company goals, while promoting individual and team excellence.

Development Workflow:

  • Lead the design and implementation of CI/CD pipelines, emphasizing automated testing and deployment to improve efficiency.
  • Oversee code reviews, resolve complex technical issues, and ensure adherence to coding standards.

Knowledge Sharing & Innovation:

  • Foster a culture of continuous learning by sharing knowledge and introducing new tools and technologies.
  • Actively participate in product and business strategy discussions, providing technical insights to align with company objectives.

Requirements

【Qualifications】

Experience:

  • 5+ years of backend development experience, with preference for candidates with team management experience.
  • Background in finance, payments, billing, or accounting industries is a plus.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in at least one backend framework (e.g., .Net Core, Java/Spring), with the ability to write high-quality code.
  • Experience with system design and data modeling in e-commerce or financial scenarios is preferred.
  • Solid understanding of enterprise integration patterns, microservices, and SOA.

Soft Skills:

  • Adaptable and open to new technologies and methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to thrive in dynamic environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration and team synergy.
