Job Description
1. 大樓現場機電設備維護。
2. 監控設備監看與狀況簡易排除。
3. 協助客戶服務，現場修繕。
4. 每日檢查系統、設施，並進行必要的設備檢查和儀表讀數
5. 協助並監督供應商和承包商在場所內進行的糾正性維護和計劃性預防維護服務，以及供應商簡報
6. 協助項目工程和內部搬遷、添加和變更活動，協助斷電活動
7. 成功完成計劃的維護活動並解決客戶請求
8. 確保始終保持高水準的專業性和客戶服務
Requirements
學歷：高中、專科、大學
1. 專科以上（機電、機械、空調系）
2. 室内配綫、空調、消防證照 加分
3. 1年以上相關機電維護經驗
