AR & AP Staff (Mandarin Speaker)

1. Responsible for managing accounts payable

2. Maintain and reconcile AP records and ledgers

3. Execute outgoing payment based on the schedule and ensure all approval and payment supporting documents are completed.

4. Analysis of AP aging, promptly identify issues, and handle them properly

5. Establish and improve the supplier/Vendors data management system and strictly implement it

6. Review and track the fulfillment of vendor, and take timely measures to deal with overdue payments

7. Assist in the preparation of weekly, monthly finance reports

8. Assist in conducting internal and external audit work

1. Diploma or Bachelor Degree from Accounting/Finance or related majors.

2. 1-2 years of relevant work experience, has transportation、supply Chain industy experience prioritize (open for freshgraduates)

3. Master accounting software well

4. Deep knowledge about the corporate financial workflow, cost control,accounting principles, local tax laws, regulations and reporting process in Indonesia

5. Proficient in English and Mandarin (verbal and written) and Ms. Office especially Ms. Excel， PPT

6. Fast learning, adaptable and able working individual and teamwork, Good teamwork and communication

7. Able to work under pressure and deadline orientedAP&AR accounting

8. Complete other work tasks assigned by superiors
