Project Finance Controller (Mandarin Speaker)

1. Oversee financial planning, monitoring, and reporting for assigned projects to ensure alignment with budget, forecast, and company objectives.

2. Prepare and review project cost analysis, profitability reports, and variance explanations.

3. Monitor cash flow, billing schedules, and payment collections to maintain healthy project finances.

4. Collaborate with operations, procurement, and project teams to track actual costs against project budgets.

5. Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and relevant regulations.

6. Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for project decision-making.

7. Coordinate with external and internal auditors on project-related financial matters.

8. Support in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for projects.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

2. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in the logistics, supply chain, or project-based industry.

3. Strong knowledge of financial analysis, project accounting, and budget management.

4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).

5. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

6. Strong communication skills in English (both written and spoken); Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.

7. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently under tight deadlines.

8. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
