Job Description

職缺描述

Digital marketing operations and management for Kao Group brands or sub-brands. Key responsibilities include:

    1. Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution
      1. Formulate digital marketing communication strategies and tactical plans in alignment with brand communication goals
      2. Oversee execution and conduct comprehensive performance evaluations (KPI analysis).
    2. Social Media & Platform Management
      1. Plan and manage brand presence across owned social media channels (SNS), including FB, IG, and LINE, based on brand strategy.
      2. Manage and optimize YouTube advertising campaigns.

    • Possess strong logical thinking skills with the ability to synthesize information quickly and manage business priorities effectively.

      • Capable of independent proposal development and demonstrating a proactive approach to driving projects forward.

      • Equipped with excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude for effective cross-departmental teamwork.

      • Ability to leverage brand strategy while applying personal creativity to marketing initiatives.
    • Market Sensitivity
      • Keen interest in monitoring O2O (Online-to-Offline) marketing trends and staying updated on trending topics.
