Job Description

Create P&IDs, instrument loop diagrams, control system schematics, and select field instruments (transmitters, sensors, control valves).
Maintain instrumentation systems to maximize plant uptime, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and resolve operational failures.
Develop and implement control strategies using DCS, PLC, or SCADA systems.
Ensure designs adhere to safety regulations and participate in hazard studies.
Perform FAT and SAT commission new equipment, manage vendor documents, and ensure projects stay within budget.
Prepare technical reports, data sheets, and maintenance procedures.
Manage and execute maintenance of instrument and analyzer to ensure reliability
To provide technical support in the field of instrument and analysis

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, or Equivalent
Proficiency in CAD software, PLC/DCS programming (e.g., DeltaV, Siemens), and smart instrumentation.
Experience with field instruments, control valves, and hazardous area classification.
Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and ability to coordinate with technicians and other engineers.
2–5 years’ experience in Facilities and Utilities System
