Job Description

Team Segment : Corporate

We are looking for an AI Integration Specialist to evaluate, integrate, and deploy AI solutions, including developer productivity tools, internal chatbots, assistants, and open-source frameworks. You will perform structured evaluations, manage pilot programs, and promote effective internal adoption. The primary goal is measurable improvement in productivity and service quality through practical integration rather than heavy development.

Responsibilities:

    • Conduct structured evaluations of AI tools, clearly defining selection criteria and testing methods.
    • Manage AI pilot projects and phased deployments, ensuring effective transition into production use.
    • Integrate approved solutions with internal systems using APIs, webhooks, and identity management (OAuth/SAML/SCIM).
    • Promote adoption through targeted user training, clear documentation, and prompt-engineering best practices.
    • Establish metrics to track and report the impact of integrated AI tools.
    • Design and implement internal chatbots and assistants, integrated with internal data sources and business workflows.
    • Deploy and enable developer-focused AI productivity tools for engineering teams.
    • Monitor AI system health, manage vendor relationships, licenses, and ensure compliance with internal governance policies.
    • Stay current with AI trends and translate relevant developments into actionable internal improvements.

    Requirements

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience integrating developer productivity tools and AI assistants (CLI and IDE) in enterprise environments.
    • Strong prompt-engineering skills, including creating reusable prompt templates and robust usage guidelines.
    • Experience designing structured evaluation processes and benchmarks for AI tools or models.
    • Practical experience implementing internal chatbots or assistants integrated with business systems.
    • Familiarity with REST APIs, webhooks, identity protocols (OAuth/SAML/SCIM), and scripting (Python, JavaScript, or Shell).
    • Ability to drive adoption through clear communication, user training, and documentation.
    • 2-5 years of experience in IT integration, DevOps, automation, or related AI applications.
    • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.

    Nice to Have:

    • Experience with LLM gateways or automated code-review tools.
    • Knowledge of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and vector database systems.
    • Practical skills in fine-tuning AI models, embeddings preparation, or related customization methods.
    • Familiarity with AI interoperability protocols (e.g., MCP, ACP).
    • Experience using no-code or low-code automation platforms.
