Responsibilities:
- Lead financial forecast and regular budgeting process for the assigned scope of the business, including collecting operation plan and budget from various departments, advising operating guidelines, and preparing P&L forecast, cash forecast, and financial update materials
- Support senior management team to analyze P&L results and provide timely insights that enable them to manage business within target
- Drive analytical and conceptual thinking with the business that extends beyond the P&L into strategy
- Collaborate with multiple functions and participate in evaluation and implementation of key strategic initiatives across groups businesses
Requirements

- Can-do attitude, self-driven, and attention to detail; can thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and get things done
- Humility and empathy; understanding issues through different angles
- Comfortable with large volumes of complex data
- Decent financial modelling skill paired with business acumen
- Ability to synthesize information effectively and present findings to senior management clearly in both verbal and written settings
- BA/BS in accounting, finance, or related degrees with more than 3 years relevant experience in corporate finance related field is preferred
