[Solutions Business] Site Reliability Engineer (Enterprise)

* Objectives of this role:

1. Provide comprehensive operational and engineering support for our services.
2. Maintain high service availability and reliability through proactive monitoring and issue resolution.
3. Identify and reduce operational toil by developing and implementing automation scripts and tools.
4. Implement robust monitoring, alerting, and tracing tools to ensure rapid detection and response to incidents.
5. Develop and maintain processes and documentation to ensure compliance with ISO27001 standards.
6. Continuously improve security practices and audit readiness.
7. Manage and optimize permission on AWS to ensure secure and efficient access controls.
   

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Participate in on-call rotation.
• Gather and analyze metrics from the operating services to assist in performance and fault resolution.
• Develop and maintain monitoring and alerting stacks.
• Facilitate and participate in improvement plans for operating services.
• Develop monitoring with AWS CloudTrail and maintain routines for ISO27001 compliance and improvement.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands-on experience with AWS.
• Thrives in a collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Good skills and experience in communication and documentation.
• Hands-on experience with programming languages such as Python or Bash script.
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure deployment automation tools such as Terraform, AWS Cloudformation or AWS CDK.
• Hands-on experience with Git and CI/CD technical stacks such as GitLab.
• Hands-on experience with managing container services, such as EKS and ECS.
