As FANKLUB continues to expand its subscription-based brand partnership model, we are looking for a Brand Operations & Subscription Solutions Specialist to support brand partners in designing, executing, and optimizing subscription-driven operations on the platform.

In this role, you will translate brand marketing and operational needs into sustainable membership experiences that fans can engage with over the long term.

Responsibilities:

Brand Subscription Operations and Project Execution (50%)

    • Support the development of subscription operating procedures for brands on FANKLUB
    • Assist brands in planning member content, engagement mechanics, and execution rhythms
    • Regularly track brand performance, compiling execution records and data-driven insights
    • Serve as the primary operations point of contact between brand partners and internal teams

    Content and Asset Production and Publishing (30%)

    • Support the planning of brand content assets, including promotional, campaign, and member-exclusive content
    • Manage backend content publishing and workflow coordination
    • Provide administrative and on-site support for brand marketing initiatives and offline events

    Contract and Administrative Coordination (20%)

    • Support the tracking of brand partnership contracts and related documentation
    • Coordinate administrative workflows with internal legal, finance, and business teams
    • Build and maintain documentation for brand partnerships and subscription projects

    Requirements

    Requirements:

    • At least two years of relevant experience in brand marketing, membership operations, content platforms, or project management
    • Familiarity with brand communication and collaboration processes, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively
    • Strong project tracking and cross-functional coordination skills to ensure execution quality and timelines
    • Comfortable with administrative and execution-focused responsibilities
    • Basic content production and asset management skills, including organizing and publishing materials

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with subscription-based, membership, or CRM-related projects
    • Experience working on brand and platform partnership initiatives
