Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our new AI Public Broadcasting product line. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the music industry, proven experience in business development, and a passion for leveraging AI technology to create innovative solutions for public broadcasting. This role will involve identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving growth in the AI public broadcasting space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify Opportunities: Research and identify new business opportunities within the AI public broadcasting sector. Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop a robust business strategy.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including technology partners, broadcasters, and content providers. Negotiate and close partnership deals that align with our strategic goals.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to understand competitive landscape, industry trends, and customer preferences. Use this information to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Product Development: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to develop AI-driven public broadcasting solutions. Provide market insights and customer feedback to guide product roadmap.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Identify potential clients, pitch our AI public broadcasting solutions, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Project Management: Oversee the implementation of new projects and initiatives. Ensure timely delivery and successful execution of business development plans.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Provide regular updates on business development activities and progress towards goals.
  • Industry Networking: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows. Build a strong network within the AI and music industry communities.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, preferably within the music industry or technology sector. Experience with AI-driven products is a plus.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the music industry, public broadcasting, and AI technology.
  • Network: Established network of contacts within the music and broadcasting industries.
  • Passion: Passion for music and technology. Enthusiasm for creating innovative solutions that enhance the public broadcasting experience.
