We are developing innovative product lines at KKCompany, integrating music streaming and AI voice systems to create cutting-edge solutions. We are looking for an experienced Senior UX Designer to join our team and help shape exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Lead UX design for KKCompany's new product lines, including music streaming and AI voice systems for both frontend and backend interfaces
• Design intuitive and user-friendly business admin interfaces, ensuring complex scheduling and configuration features are easy to understand
• Collaborate with UX researchers to conduct user research, gaining deep insights into market needs and target user pain points
• Plan comprehensive user journeys, optimizing the overall experience from registration to feature utilization
• Design clear onboarding flows to help users quickly understand and adapt to various features
• Work closely with the product team, participate in product strategy discussions, and provide user-centered design recommendations
• Establish product design systems
• Collaborate with other designers and help enhance the team's design capabilities

Requirements:

• 5+ years of UX/UI design experience, experience with SaaS or Paas products preferred
• Proficient in various user research methodologies with the ability to effectively collect and analyze user needs
• Strong interface design skills with expertise in Figma and other design tools
• Experience in planning and implementing design systems
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, ability to work effectively with product and engineering teams
• Proficient in data analysis, ability to optimize design decisions using data
• Ability to work independently and establish clear design directions in complex projects
  

Nice to Have:

• Experience in designing advertising platforms or SaaS/PaaS backend systems
• Experience in building products from zero to one
• Familiarity with Design Sprint and other rapid design validation methods
• Understanding of frontend technologies for better communication with engineers
• Experience in information architecture planning
• Interest or experience in the commercial music service industry
