# 您的主要任務

作為我們的 客戶經理,你將是客戶成功的關鍵推手,主要負責提升客戶留存率和回訪率,同時有效管理專案。你的日常工作將包括:

  • 客戶留存與 KPI 達成: 確保合約續約,達成關鍵績效指標。
  • 系統導入與支援: 協助客戶順利導入 rezio 系統,提供培訓和日常操作支援。
  • 客戶成功與諮詢: 成為客戶的專業顧問,幫助他們充分發揮 rezio 的價值。
  • 市場教育與數位轉型: 推廣 rezio,提升旅遊業的數位化程度。
  • 市場洞察與產品反饋: 收集行業趨勢和競品資訊,為產品開發提供建議。
  • 跨部門協作: 與內部團隊合作,解決客戶遇到的各種挑戰。
  • 專案與流程管理: 制定標準化流程,提升運營效率。

主要市場: 台灣、泰國、日本或其他英語系國家(依語言能力分配)。

  • 至少2-3年客戶成功、客戶服務或帳戶管理的經驗。
  • 具備SaaS背景者優先考慮。
  • 數據分析:能夠分析客戶數據,提供見解並制定策略。(加分)
  • 行業知識:對旅遊業,旅遊體驗類或相關產業有深入了解,能夠提供專業建議。(加分)

# Your Role and Responsibilities

As our Account Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our customers' success. Your main goal is to boost customer retention and revisit rates, all while effectively managing projects. Here's what your day-to-day will look like:

  • Customer Retention & KPI Achievement: Ensure contract renewals and hit those key performance targets.
  • System Onboarding & Support: Guide clients through the seamless adoption of the rezio system, offering training and daily operational support.
  • Customer Success & Consultation: Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients maximize the value of rezio.
  • Market Education & Digital Transformation: Promote rezio and elevate the digitalization of the travel industry.
  • Market Insights & Product Feedback: Gather industry trends and competitor info to provide actionable insights for our product development.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with internal teams to tackle any challenges our customers face.
  • Project & Process Management: Develop standardized processes to boost operational efficiency.

Primary Markets: Taiwan, Thailand, Japan, or other English-speaking countries (assigned based on language proficiency).

#Who We're Looking For

We're on the hunt for a problem-solving enthusiast dedicated to customer success. Ideally, you should have:

  • Goal-Oriented Mindset & High Execution: Set targets and go all out to achieve them.
  • Proactive Attitude: Identify and resolve issues head-on to prevent customer churn.
  • Passion for Problem-Solving: Find satisfaction in overcoming challenges.
  • Team Player with Strong Communication: Collaborate effortlessly and communicate effectively.
  • Multitasking & Prioritization Skills: Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Resilience & Adaptability: Stay flexible and composed amidst rapid changes.

# Qualifications

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in customer success, customer service, or account management.
  • Experience in SaaS is a plus.
  • Data Analysis: Ability to analyze customer data, provide insights, and develop strategies (bonus points).

Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the travel industry, travel experiences, or related sectors to offer expert advice (bonus points).
