Job Description
- Develop and manage business opportunities in Japan and Southeast Asia, enhancing the company’s brand recognition and market share.
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with local partners, clients, and key stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and competitive dynamics, develop and implement market entry and expansion strategies.
- Assist in developing international business plans and ensure business targets are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide market insights and feedback, aiding in product optimization and strategic adjustments.
- Participate in relevant international business meetings, exhibitions, and events, representing the company.
Requirements
- Adaptable and Goal-Oriented: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
- Excellent Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required; proficiency in Japanese or Southeast Asian languages is a plus.
- International Perspective: Experience working in Japanese or Southeast Asian markets, with an understanding of local market culture and business operations.
- Relevant Industry Experience: Previous roles in business development, commercial
development, or similar positions within fintech, financial platforms, or Web3 sectors. - Passion and Learning Ability: A strong enthusiasm for the company’s vision, mission, and products, with a quick learning ability to adapt to new environments.
- Strong Achievement Motivation: Characterized by the Achiever (Type 3) personality, with a strong desire to meet goals and achieve success, capable of performing efficiently under pressure and pursuing excellence.
- Leadership and Strategic Thinking: ENTJ personality type, with strong goal orientation and strategic planning skills, able to effectively organize and lead teams to achieve business objectives.
- Educational Background:** Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in business, international relations, finance, or related fields.
- Communication and Collaboration Skills: Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively collaborating with various departments and international teams.
