Driver Operations Associate

We are looking for a Driver Operations Associate, based in Hanoi, with high energy, quick thinking individuals who will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless experience for driver partners.

What you’ll do

• Install Lalamove stickers on the driver partner’s vehicles and ensure that the sticker is well handled and follows the agreed standard for each type of vehicle.
• Lead fleet training as well as manage drivers to deliver exceptional customer experiences while adhering to agreed-upon SOPs and SLAs.
• Participate and collaborate with all sub-functional teams in the Driver Operations Department and other cross-functional departments to ensure the flow of information to all driver partners is being handled efficiently. 
• Track and monito the stock management for new driver partners and other relevant activities (Stickers, Lalabag, helmets, jackets, etc.)
• Generate new ideas and improve all processes continuously in optimizing processing time of daily tasks.
• Special/ad-hoc projects will be assigned by Line Manager/ Department Manager
• Time of work: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM), and Saturday (9:00 AM to 1:00 PM)
• Work location: 13th Floor, Han Viet Tower, 203 Minh Khai Street, Minh Khai Ward, Hai Ba Trung District, Hanoi.

What you’ll need

• Education: A degree in a relevant field is preferred. 
• Recent graduates and final year students are encouraged to apply.
• Proven experience in operations within the logistics, e-commerce, FMCG, or F&B industries is preferred.
• Familiarity of using applications on smartphones.
• Physically fit and able to work efficiently, diligently, and honestly.
• Outgoing, collaborative, responsible, and well-organized individuals are preferred.
