Driver Operations Associate, Thu Duc Driver Hub

We are looking for a Driver Operations Associate, based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, with high energy, quick thinking individuals who will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless experience for driver partners.

What you’ll do

• Install stickers on partner vehicles to raise brand awareness;
• Increase Lalamove’s brand awareness by substantially growing the number of branded vehicles;
• Monthly sticker installation target: 135-154 (average of 6-8 stickers daily)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with a large network of driver partners who participate in the branded vehicle program;
• Lead fleet training, as well as manage drivers to deliver exceptional customer experiences while adhering to agreed-upon SOPs and SLAs.
• Check and control the stock management at the HUB (Sticker/ Lalabag/ Helmet/ jacket…).
• Align with local teams when executing new initiatives;
• Special/ad-hoc projects will be assigned by Line Manager/ Department Manager
• Time of work: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM), and Saturday (9:00 AM to 1:00 PM)
• Work location: Thu Duc Driver Hub - 183 Le Van Chi Street, Linh Trung Ward, Thu Duc City

What you’ll need

• Education: A degree in a relevant field is preferred. 
• Recent graduates and final year students are encouraged to apply.
• Proven experience in operations within the logistics, e-commerce, FMCG, or F&B industries is preferred.
• Familiarity of using applications on smartphones.
• Physically fit and able to work efficiently, diligently, and honestly.
• Outgoing, collaborative, responsible, and well-organized individuals are preferred.
