Thorough Staff Training
We have a clear process to teach circular economy concepts, project management, and how to efficiently create quality design. We believe this will boost your existing skills to create more value.

Regular Social Meals
In Tainan, we love good food. Although we sometimes struggle to choose lunch, we're always eager to find great spots to celebrate birthdays or other events. Looking forward to our next meal together!

Flexible Time Off
Once you're familiar with the job, we encourage you to enjoy both work and play. We respect good time managment, so feel free to to request off for an extended holiday, or to avoid weekend crowds.

Project Bonuses
We recognize hard work with higher pay. A fixed portion of each case is set aside as a reward for hardwork. Based on case contribution, this amount is given to each team member.

Performance-based Salary Increase
In addition to bonuses, we have a performance review system that factors all phases of a design project. In this way your contributions and growth can be acknowledged with salary increase.
