Join Level™ as a Brand Strategist. In this role, you'll lead brand development projects for our clients—from early-stage discovery and positioning to messaging, naming, and identity direction. You’ll serve as both strategist and project lead, ensuring that our brand work is thoughtful, aligned, and powerfully executed.

We're seeking a strategic thinker and skilled communicator to join our team at Level™ as a Brand Strategist. You’ll guide clients through the brand-building process, facilitate workshops, define positioning, and shape messaging that resonates. This role requires confidence working directly with clients, the ability to manage multiple projects, and a strong grasp of how strategy connects to creative execution.

Requirements

Required Skills and Experience

- 3+ years of experience in brand strategy, communications, or marketing
- Proven ability to develop positioning, messaging, and tone of voice frameworks
- Experience managing client relationships and serving as the main point of contact
- Strong writing skills in English, with an ability to express ideas clearly and persuasively
- Confident leading stakeholder interviews and client presentations
- Skilled in project planning, coordination, and cross-functional collaboration
- Strong ability to break down complex problems into actionable tasks and timelines
- Ability to align teams around shared objectives and keep momentum through ambiguity
- Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on project execution
- Experience preparing and delivering presentations, proposals, and client updates
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese with strong English communication skills
- Must be physically located in Taiwan, with legal work eligibility

Bonus Qualifications

- Experience working in an agency or consulting environment
- Background in copywriting, communications, or creative direction
- Familiarity with branding for startups or growth-stage businesses
- Familiarity with website planning and/or technologies: Webflow, Shopify
- Understanding of visual identity systems and how they connect to strategy
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using collaborative tools like Slack, Notion, and Google Workspace
- Comfortable presenting to both English- and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
