Required Skills and Experience
- 3+ years of experience in brand strategy, communications, or marketing
- Proven ability to develop positioning, messaging, and tone of voice frameworks
- Experience managing client relationships and serving as the main point of contact
- Strong writing skills in English, with an ability to express ideas clearly and persuasively
- Confident leading stakeholder interviews and client presentations
- Skilled in project planning, coordination, and cross-functional collaboration
- Strong ability to break down complex problems into actionable tasks and timelines
- Ability to align teams around shared objectives and keep momentum through ambiguity
- Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on project execution
- Experience preparing and delivering presentations, proposals, and client updates
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese with strong English communication skills
- Must be physically located in Taiwan, with legal work eligibility
