Product Manager_OA & API Platform

We are looking for a savvy Product Manager specializing in the planning and operation of LINE OA/API platforms. This position will be responsible for developing and optimizing platform operation processes, closely monitoring platform performance, and collaborating with internal stakeholders (such as sales, marketing, and the gaming department) as well as the headquarters in Japan to drive platform usage growth.

Summary:

• Focus on OA/API Platform planning.
• Build up working process of operation, monitoring the performance of OA/API platform and optimize it accordingly.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Game, etc.) and the headquarters in JP.
• Assist planning for growing the usage of OA/API Platform.

Responsibility:

• Mainly in charge of OA API platform product- LINE Login, Notification message and Beacon.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams from sales, CC, Legal, PR perspectives to make the product or new feature launch smoothly.
• Work with HQ to develop service requirements with well understanding of local customer needs.
• Analyze service data/stats and evaluate service performance then come out enhancement plan.
• Responsible for product enhancement and service maintenance (problem-solving) and part of operation.
• Build up product knowledge base and standard process for request and troubleshooting for teams.
• Handle OA/API Platform-related operations.

Qualifications:

• Experienced with Internet service planning and operation.
• Familiar with LINE Official Account, online CRM system and API platform.
• Good understanding about LINE features, relating family services.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to multi-task and manage expectations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Japanese or Korean capable is a plus.
