Goals:

BI digital Twin visual database system implement

Projects Content:

1.Brain-storming: Familiarize line production line environment in BI-Room and summarize the database based on digital twins.
2.Improvement Plan: Study the Real-time Monitor data / Digitalize the data and management / Use SPC database system / Date analysis and tracking on production line to collect the database completely.
3.Benefit evaluation: Ensure the improvement to meet the demand from system and produce successfully.
4.Presentation and collaborate skills: Make a proposal report to describe the background, objective and benefits for system improvement.
5.Carry-out and results sharing: Build up the KPI items to make sure intern complete the project correctly and results.

Milestone:

-7/11 First Proposal review with leader
-7/18 Final Proposal & check point to make sure intern is on the right track
-8/8 Leader Presentation and revised
-8/16 Manager Presentation
-8/23 Workshop & share results to AENG members

Deliverables:

A plan includes,
-Enhance the BI-Room digital Twin visual database utilization in KH factory.
-Real-time monitor data and management.
