You will be hired by LITEON in the United States, specifically in Milpitas/San Jose, CA. Initially, you will be stationed at the headquarters to learn all HR methodologies and practices for a year. After this training period, you will continue your work in the US.

•Content Creation: Write compelling content, such as blog articles, social media posts, and videos, to enhance company visibility.
•Partnership Building: Establish strong partnerships with universities, colleges, and student organizations to facilitate campus recruitment and brand management.
• Industry-Academia Collaboration: Collaborate with academic institutions on initiatives like internships and joint projects to enhance company visibility and attract top talent
•Data Analysis: Monitor the effectiveness of branding activities and adjust strategies based on data insights.
