About the role：
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer to join our dynamic team. As an QA Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our CMS applications. You will work closely with our development and product teams to create and execute test plans, identify and report defects, and help ensure that our CMS products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Responsibilities ：
1. Test Planning and Strategy:
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand project requirements and create comprehensive test plans.
- Define test objectives, scope, and strategy of the applications..
- Identify test cases and prioritize them based on criticality and risk.
2. Test Execution:
- Execute manual and automated test cases to validate functionality, performance, and usability of the applications.
- Perform regression testing to ensure that new features or changes do not introduce defects into existing functionality.
- Conduct exploratory testing to discover issues that may not be covered by predefined test cases.
3. Test Automation:
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using testing frameworks and tools.
- Continuously enhance and expand test automation coverage to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
4. Defect Management:
- Identify and document defects, clearly communicating issues to the development team.
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce and troubleshoot issues as needed.
- Verify bug fixes and ensure that issues are resolved satisfactorily.
5. Performance and Scalability Testing:
- Conduct performance testing to assess the responsiveness and scalability of the applications.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and work with the development team to optimize application performance.
6. Test Environment Setup:
- Prepare and maintain test environments that mirror production configurations.
- Ensure that test data is accurate and representative of real-world scenarios.
7. Test Reporting:
- Generate and communicate test reports and metrics to stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates on testing progress and status.
8. Continuous Improvement:
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in product quality assurance.
- Collaborate with the team to improve QA processes and methodologies.

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
2. Proven experience as a QA Engineer or Software Tester in a SaaS or Web Application environment.
3. Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.
4. Proficiency in test automation using tools like Cypress, Selenium, Appium, or similar.
5. Familiarity with programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
