Our Team:

Sculpture LITEON brand and make influence both internally and externally with comprehensive branding development strategy. Through synergy of PR, CSR, Marcom and Design functions, CBVD helps to enhance positive impact of LITEON brand value. It makes LITEON, a tech company, not only has dimensions, but also has warmth and brand recognition, which enables inheritance and transmission of LITEON spirit.

•PR Division serves as an important bridge for communication between LITEON and its stakeholders. Through communication strategies, precise messaging, and timely crisis management, not only it strengthens corporate image by effectively conveying core values of the company but also adds value for the company by elevating corporate reputation.

•CSR Division plays a key role in enhancing the company's sustainable brand image, amplifying its sustainable impact, and fostering the greater good of society by actively revealing sustainable information, engaging in dialogue and communication with critical stakeholders, and participating in social initiatives while establishing public welfare networks.

•Marcom Division outlines the development strategy of brand value, shaping the consistency of internal and external perceptions of the LITEON brand. By integrating all communication channels, both online and offline, diverse digital platforms, and the company store, LITEON Collection, and by planning and executing marketing activities such as annual events and international exhibitions for business units, Marcom comprehensively enhance the all-around brand value and market competitiveness.

•Design Division, centered around corporate brand and culture, tells stories through creative graphics/images and multimedia. It uses visual arts externally to create the charm and value of the LITEON brand, helping business units explore new business opportunities. Furthermore, internally, it injects brand spirit and vitality into corporate activities, showcasing corporate brand personality, and fostering employee identification and cohesion.



Goals:

1. Support Branding Strategies: Assist in developing and executing branding strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
2. Content Creation and Research: Create compelling content, conduct research, and analyze digital trends to inform strategic decisions.
3. Collaboration and Consistency: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels and support campaign planning and execution.
4. Creative proposal for celebrating LITEON 50th Anniversary.


Project Content:
1.  Brand Immersion: A comprehensive brand immersion program will be arranged, including learning about LITEON brand, culture, history, business, and etc. The candidate will also be trained on LITEON brand voice and guidelines.
Expand brand presence and influence: Q3 Branding Initiave and 50th Anniversary grand events

2. Media Event & Insight of LITEON on media:

  • Active participation in upcoming media events. The project underscores the importance of understanding the media landscape and event planning. 
  • Leveraging these skills and experiences to convey the right messages about LITEON’s corporate values, initiatives, and achievements.

3. LITEON Sustainability Report Learning/CSR Event internal Promotion:

  • A deep dive into the report, which details the company’s environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance.
  • Gain hands-on experience in promoting CSR events. Interns will be involved in various aspects of event promotion, in particular, internal communication.

4. Corporate image communication via visual and message:

  • Assist in the production of brand digital material with creative messaging, and draft an internal promotion campaign via AI tools.
  • The goal is to enhance the intern’s engagement for employee participation and corporate culture recognition, and understand how to leverage corporate visuals to convey company culture.



Milestones:

Week 1-2: Brand Immersion

  • Learn about LITEON’s brand, culture, history, business, etc.
  • Training on LITEON’s brand voice and guidelines

Week 3-4: Media Event & Planning

  • Participate in media events and understand the media landscape and event planning.
  • Production of digital contents with creative messages and AI tools

Week 5-6: Sustainability Report Learning and Internal Communication

  • Deep dive into the company’s environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance report.
  • Gain hands-on experience in promoting branding events, particularly for 50th Anniversary.

Week 7-8: Presentation

  • Leverage skills and experiences to convey LITEON’s corporate values, initiatives, and achievements.
  • Consolidate the 2-month internship experience and reflections into a presentation.



Deliverables:

· Show the ability to demonstrate an understanding of LITEON’s brand voice and guidelines.
· Understand the media landscape and be capable of drafting proper corporate messages.
· Have the ability to grasp the key themes of the sustainability report.
· Develop an internal communication plan and engagement strategy and leveraging different AI tools.
· A final presentation.

Requirements

Major:
Communication/Marketing/Business

Ability:

1.Excellent communication skills: both written and verbal
2.Creative thinking: the ability to develop innovative branding ideas
3.Curiosity and passion: always in sync with the latest trends, and an enthusiast for new ideas and technologies
4.Analytical Skills: Capable of researching and analyzing comprehensive data
5.Fluent in both Chinese and English: with proficiency in writing and speaking in both languages
6.Social media/AI savvy is a plus
