Our Team

The accounting department of a publicly listed company must ensure compliance and transparency in corporate accounting operations. With technological advancements, accounting expertise alone is no longer sufficient; technological capabilities are also essential. Therefore, the accounting department at LITEON Financial Center is introducing digital and AI tools to improve work efficiency and data accuracy, aiming for development over the next five years and contributing to the company's goal of increasing market value.

Job Description

1. Digital Accounting System Management: Utilize systems such as SAP, digital ledgers, RPA (Robotic Process Automation), and BCS to handle daily accounting tasks, accounts receivable and payable, expense audits, consolidated financial statements, and tax reporting, becoming an efficient digital accountant.
2. Risk Control and Internal Control Optimization: Use current digital tools to manage accounting, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and continuous optimization.
3. Develop Digital Technology Skills: Learn to use AI tools and participate in AI projects to optimize accounting work, improving work efficiency by over 10%.
4. Stay Updated: Continuously pursue further education, updating knowledge of IFRS and legal regulations to cope with ever-changing laws and accounting standards, maintaining competitiveness.
5. International Perspective: Have opportunities to apply accounting expertise and participate in cross-border M&A projects.
