1.Strategic Sourcing:
  -Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  -Identify potential suppliers, evaluate their capabilities, and negotiate terms.
  -Monitor market trends and adjust sourcing strategies accordingly.
  -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize procurement processes.
2.Supplier Relationship Management:
  -Effective communication and negotiation skills to manage supplier relationships.
  -Evaluate supplier performance, address issues, and ensure timely deliveries.
  -Collaborate with suppliers to improve quality, reduce costs, and enhance overall value.
3.Data Analysis and Decision-Making:
  -Analyze procurement data, market trends, and supplier performance metrics.
  -Make informed decisions based on data insights.
  -Optimize inventory levels and minimize supply chain risks.
4.Budget Planning and Management:
  -Develop and manage procurement budgets.
  -Monitor expenses, track cost savings, and report on budget performance.
  -Ensure compliance with budgetary constraints.

Certifications such as Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM) are advantageous.
