【Department Introduction】
The Customer Service (CS) Department serves as the key communication link between the company and its customers. Our responsibilities include:
- Ensuring accurate understanding of customer requirements and forecasts
- Managing and processing customer orders efficiently
- Coordinating and confirming shipment and delivery schedules
- Monitoring and collecting accounts receivable payments
- Overseeing inventory levels to meet company targets
【Job Responsibilities】
• Update customer forecasts and make plans to keep production balanced
• Create and release sales orders for work orders
• Manage production schedules to avoid shortages or excess
• Prepare delivery notes and arrange shipping
• Handle billing in SAP after goods are shipped
• Follow up on customer payments and process write-offs if needed
• Review inventory levels to prevent losses and keep targets on track
• Provide after-sales support to customers
• Manage outbound shipping and freight
<Hardskill>
• Experience with office 365 and SAP operation
• Knowledge in Sales/ CS-related fields, especially in order fulfillment related

• Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent presentation skills and willingness to expand professional networks.
• Resilience and creativity.
<Experience>
• Experience in the PC industry with brand and ODM customer
