【Job Responsibilities】
1. Support Daily Procurement Operations
Assist the procurement team with routine tasks such as RFQs, purchase order creation, and delivery tracking. Learn to operate procurement systems and tools.

2. New Product Development Support
Help organize material lists (BOM) for new product development and collect preliminary cost data for analysis.

3. Supplier Data Maintenance
Update supplier profiles, organize evaluation reports, and assist in gathering information on alternative materials to reduce supply risks.

4. Market and Price Research
Conduct basic market research and compile competitor pricing and trend reports to support decision-making.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Facilitate communication between procurement, R&D, and manufacturing teams by preparing meeting notes and assisting with material selection and cost analysis.

6. Documentation and Reporting
Prepare procurement-related reports and project tracking documents while learning strategic sourcing processes.

<Hard Skills>
1. Computer Proficiency
Basic knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for data organization and report preparation.
(Experience with SAP or other procurement systems is a plus but not required; training will be provided.)

2. Basic Supply Chain Understanding
Interest in procurement processes and supply chain operations within the electronics manufacturing industry.

3. Data Analysis Fundamentals
Ability to perform simple data collection and basic analysis under guidance.

4. Language Skills
Basic English proficiency for reading supplier information and simple communication with global partners.
