We are looking for a highly motivated Agile Product Owner to drive our product development process, ensure timely and high-quality delivery, and collaborate with teams across multiple time zones. What You’ll Do

• Define Sprint Goals – Set clear objectives for each sprint and ensure successful execution.

• Manage & Prioritize Backlog – Maintain and refine the product backlog, aligning it with our strategic vision.

• Lead Agile Ceremonies – Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other agile meetings to drive alignment.

• Collaborate Across Time Zones – Work seamlessly with distributed teams to streamline workflows, optimize communication, and manage project dependencies.

• Develop Agile Metrics – Implement data-driven best practices to balance opportunity cost with market potential.

✅ Experience: 4+ years in the software industry as an Agile Product Owner or Scrum Master.

✅ Agile Expertise: Proven ability to run daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, ensuring sprint goals are consistently met.

✅ Leadership & Collaboration: Experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-moving startup environment.

✅ Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written English skills to coordinate effectively across global teams.

✅ Remote & Time Zone Coordination: Ability to manage teams across multiple time zones, ensuring smooth collaboration and decision-making.
