MAI is at the forefront of EdTech innovation, specializing in medical VR solutions. Our mission is to revolutionize medical education and training through cutting-edge technology. We’re looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to expand our presence in the B2B and B2C markets.

Job Summary: As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be instrumental in strategizing and fostering innovative partnerships, driving our VR solutions into new territories. You will be pivotal in identifying and capitalizing on opportunities within the medical education and simulation market, focusing on creating win-win scenarios for the company and our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning and Analysis:
    • Develop and implement long-term business strategies.
    • Conduct market analysis to uncover new business opportunities.
    • Set clear goals and KPIs to measure success and drive growth.
  2. Sales and Marketing Expertise:
    • Utilize strong sales skills to negotiate and close deals effectively.
    • Develop marketing strategies tailored to the educational software industry.
    • Create compelling pitches and presentations for diverse stakeholders.
  3. Relationship Building:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
    • Manage and expand customer accounts and partnerships.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for cohesive business development.
  4. Communication and Presentation Skills:
    • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Deliver clear, persuasive presentations to a variety of audiences.
    • Translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  5. Adaptability and Problem-Solving:
    • Adapt to changing market conditions and business needs.
    • Employ strong problem-solving skills to navigate business challenges.
  6. Customer-Centric Mindset:
    • Focus on understanding and addressing customer needs.
    • Use customer feedback to enhance product offerings.
  7. Leadership:
    • Lead and motivate a team, fostering a culture of growth and innovation.
    • Mentor and develop junior team members.

Requirements

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the medical or educational software industry.
    • Fluent in English with exceptional writing and presentation skills.
    • Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
    • Sales and revenue-driven approach.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team.
