Job Summary

As a Junior Sales Manager at MAI, you will play a crucial role in expanding our B2B market presence. Your responsibilities will include conducting online product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our VR solutions in the medical education sector, acting as a liaison to relay client feedback internally, and managing troubleshooting events with customers. This position requires a proactive and outgoing individual who can effectively communicate with clients to close sales and foster long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Relationship Building

  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, partners, and key industry stakeholders.
  • Manage and grow customer accounts and partnerships through strategic engagement.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Communication and Presentation Skills

  • Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Deliver compelling and persuasive presentations tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding.

Customer-Centric Mindset

  • Prioritize understanding and addressing the specific needs of customers.
  • Leverage customer feedback to refine and enhance product offerings and customer experience.

    Requirements

    • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales or Business Development, with a preference for candidates with a background in the medical or educational software industry.
    • Exceptional writing and presentation skills, capable of engaging and influencing a variety of audiences.
    • An outgoing personality, coupled with outstanding communication skills, to effectively engage with clients and partners.
    • A sales and revenue-driven approach, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
