【JamStation】Senior UX Designer

Job Responsibilities

• Lead UX design for JamStation’s product lines, including music streaming and AI voice systems for both frontend and backend interfaces
• Design intuitive and user-friendly business admin interfaces, ensuring complex scheduling and configuration features are easy to understand
• Collaborate with UX researchers to conduct user research, gaining deep insights into market needs and target user pain points
• Plan comprehensive user journeys, optimizing the overall experience from registration to feature utilization
• Design clear onboarding flows to help users quickly understand and adapt to various features
• Work closely with the product team, participate in product strategy discussions, and provide user-centered design recommendations
• Establish product design systems
• Collaborate with other designers and help enhance the team's design capabilities

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of UX/UI design experience, experience with SaaS or Paas products preferred.
• Proficient in various user research methodologies with the ability to effectively collect and analyze user needs.
• Strong interface design skills with expertise in Figma and other design tools.
• Experience in planning and implementing design systems.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, ability to work effectively with product and engineering teams.
• Proficient in data analysis, ability to optimize design decisions using data.
• Ability to work independently and establish clear design directions in complex projects.

Our interview process consists of two stages.

• The first round is an interview with the hiring manager and People Team, primarily to understand your relevant past experiences. (Onsite)
• The final stage is your interview with our GM. (Onsite)
