Your Team, Your Impact

Quality Management System is responsible for implementing and driving global ISO9001 compliant processes. Also responsible for product environmental compliance, RMA Process, BCP disaster management, IC product marking and labeling, NPI project management, Six Sigma, Customer RFI, automotive FUSA/ASPICE, ESG, etc.

What You Can Expect

  • Regulatory Compliance: Support the process of ensuring all Marvell products comply with local and international environmental regulations (e.g., RoHS, REACH, TSCA, Prop 65).
  • Data Management: Maintain and update product environmental compliance documents, including material composition declarations, environmental certifications and ICP reports.
  • Continuous Improvement: Assist in identifying areas for improvement in product environmental performance and recommend action plans.

What We're Looking For

This position is eligible for 2026 RDSS (Research and Development Substitute Services) program. Please confirm your eligibility with local district office if you are interested in applying for this role.

Candidates who are not eligible for 2026 RDSS are still also welcomed!

  • Senior student pursuing Bachelor of Science degree from a leading university in electrical engineering, quality, or related technical discipline
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient with MS Office & data analysis tools
  • Familiar with continuous improvement methodologies such as lesson learned, corrective & preventive actions
  • Excellent Interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Strong analytical, project management and attention to details.
