AI Enablement Specialist

Our mission is to help integrate Generative AI into everyday business workflows, enabling employees to work more efficiently and innovate faster.
This role serves as a bridge between technical teams and business functions, driving AI adoption strategies, designing enablement programs, promoting best practices, and gathering user feedback to continuously improve AI utilization.
We are looking for passionate individuals who are excited about AI technologies, possess strong communication skills, and can effectively drive organizational change to accelerate enterprise AI transformation.

1. Master's degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Familiarity with Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) applications, including but not limited to:
i. Prompt Engineering
ii. AI Agents / Agentic AI
iii. Enterprise AI tools such as Anthropic Claude, OpenAI Codex, ChatGPT, Google Gemini, M365 Copilot

3. Experience in project management, user enablement, training programs, product adoption, or digital transformation initiatives is a plus.

4. Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across technical teams, business functions, and leadership.

5. Self-motivated, fast learner, and problem solver with a passion for emerging technologies and driving organizational adoption of AI best practices.
