System Performance Optimization Technical Manager_Taipei

Lead the team in analyzing and optimizing gaming performance on mobile SoC platforms, and develop optimization technologies to achieve project targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the team in analyzing gaming performance bottlenecks and power consumption based on game behavior, and achieve the goal of enhancing the gaming experience on MediaTek platforms through software optimization and tuning.
Lead the team to collaborate with game studios, providing recommendations for gameplay experience optimization based on game behavior analysis.
Lead the team in achieving product performance and power efficiency targets for MediaTek and client projects through software tuning.

Qualifications:

Proficient in computer architecture and operating systems.
Proficient in C programming or experienced in game development (Unity/Unreal).
Preferred Qualifications (The following experience is a plus):

Experience in performance, power, or thermal optimization for embedded systems.
Experience in mobile gaming performance/power optimization or game engine technology development and optimization.
