【Job Description】

Seeking a Patent Engineer to manage global patent applications, provide consultation to personnel on patent matters, and actively engage in invention disclosures. The role involves executing, leading, and analyzing patent search results, providing recommendations on validity and non-infringement, and overseeing the progress of patent reviews, reexaminations, and litigations.

• B.S. degree in telecommunications related or IC related engineering disciplines, graduate degrees preferred
• 3 years minimum of patent prosecution and management experience gained in-house or in a law firm
• Working fluency in English and excellent communication skills are musts
• Experience in supporting IP litigations would be a plus
Education: Master's Degree
