3._x0001_Mastering the decision-making groups, processes, key persons and underlying information circulated within major IP licensors, and driving substantial influence on their roadmap planning following corporate strategy
4._x0001_Leadership in collaborating with external partners, internal product marketing, internal engineers, business, financial and legal teams to proceed with on-target business negotiation and quality contract process management

1._x0001_Over 8 years of experience in technical marketing/technical sourcing or over 8 years in HPC product planning plus more than 5 years in team management, sales/marketing or supplier sourcing management.
2._x0001_Well-demonstrated leadership with good communication and persuasion skills
3._x0001_Good at summarizing and interpreting industrial dynamics, in terms of technology, business and financial updates, with insight
4._x0001_Integrity, strong accountability and a good team player
5._x0001_Fluent in English
