SI/PI Senior Engineer

* Senior SI/PI engineer
* SI/PI design of chip/PKG/PCB development in consumer, auto and enterprise HPC products.
* Memory and high speed Serdes interface SI/PI design.
* High performance CPU/GPU/APU PI and PDN design.
* Setup high speed design constraint, PDN spec for PKG/PCB for product development.

* MS or above in Electrical/Electronics/Communication/Electromagnetic Engineering.
* Experiences in signal integrity and power integrity with high speed design on package, PCB and system.
* Expertise in SI/PI knowledge to memory and Serdes interfaces.
* Expertise in high performance CPU/GPU/APU PDN/IR analysis.
* Familiar with EM simulation tools, eg. Ansys and Cadence tool.
* Familiar with circuit simulator tools such as Cadence Spectre and Synopsys HSPICE.
* Good communication skills and technical consultancy to customers.
* Coding skills and automation capability of SI/PI methodology with Python, Matlab and C is a plus.
Education: Master's Degree
